Percakapan antara saya dan resepsionis

Today, I went to a Bank to create a new account, i arrived at 1.37 PM, and then, i asked the security that i wanted to make a new account, namely BNI (the state of Indonesia bank).

Hari ini, saya pergi ke sebuah Bank untuk membuka rekening baru, saya tiba pukul 1.37 wib, dan kemudian saya bertanya ke penjaga atau satpam bahwa saya ingin membuat sebuah rekening baru, yaitu BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia.

i had to wait around 3 hours to get a turn (until 4.46 pm), queue's number was B060. It was a long day for me.

Saya harus menunggu sekitar 3 jam untuk mendapat giliran (sampai pukul 4.46 wib), nomor antrian B060. Hari yang panjang bagiku.

Here is our conversation between me and the customer service number 12 with name's Putu (Putu, in balinese is the eldest son /daughter).

This is a real conversation between us 

ini adalah percakapan yang nyata /sesungguhnya antara kami 

Me : Hello, Good evening, ma'dam

        halo, selamat sore bu /nyonya

Putu: yes, sir. May i help? I'm Putu.

      Iya, pak. Boleh saya bantu? saya Putu.

Me: I'm Paul. I wanted to create /make a new account. - 

      Saya Paul. Saya ingin membuat /membuka sebuah rekening baru

Putu: oh, okay sir! do you have the original KTP (identity card) and  NPWP (TIN or identification number or we used to say "taxpayer registration number''.

        oh, okay pak! apakah anda mempunyai KTP (kartu tanda penduduk) asli dan  NPWP nomor pokok wajib pajak?.

Me: yes, i have an original KTP, Passport and KIPEM (in English, temporary domicile certificate), but i didn't have a TIN. Are these not enough?

       ya, saya punya KTP asli, pasport dan kipem (surat keterangan domisili sementara), tapi saya tidak punya sebuah tin (nomor pokok wajib pajak). Apakah ini tidak cukup?

Putu: (she smiled and laughed...), alright, Sir. it's enough. please, wait for a few minutes 

          (dia tersenyum dan tertawa ...), baiklah, pak. ini cukup. tolong, tunggu beberapa menit

Me: thank you 

       terimakasih

After a few minutes she did it and asked me to sign some papers

setelah beberapa menit dia melakukannya dan meminta saya untuk menandatangani beberapa kertas

i was so happy that i got it finally. (saya sangat senang akhir nya berhasil)

KTP (kartu tanda penduduk) / identity card or residence identification card

KIPEM (ktp sementara atau surat keterangan domisili sementara) /temporary domicile certificate

NPWP (nomor pokok wajib pajak) /Tin or identification number, taxpayer registration number)
